Tax counsel Marek Herm is attending the IFA Annual Congress in Paris

Raidla Lejins & Norcous Tax counsel Marek Herm is attending the IFA 2011 Annual Congress, which takes place 11-16 September in Paris. He also is the author of the Estonian chapter “Key practical issues to eliminate double taxation of business income“ in the IFA Annual publication.

The International Fiscal Association (IFA) is the only non-governmental and non-sectoral international organisation dealing with fiscal matters.
Its objects are the study and advancement of international and comparative law in regard to public finance, specifically international and comparative fiscal law and the financial and economic aspects of taxation.
IFA seeks to achieve these objects through its Annual Congresses and the scientific publications relating thereto as well as through scientific research.
