Raidla Lejins & Norcous is the author of Estonia chapter in the freshly published “The Corporate Governance Review 2011”, which analyzes the developments and regulations in corporate governance in different European jurisdictions. The authors of Estonian chapter are Partner Sven Papp and associates Helerin Kaldvee and Gerda Liik. Latvia, Lithuania and Finland chapters in the overview are also compiled by our partnering firms from RR Alliance.
The concept underlying this Review is to achieve a one-volume text containing a series of sufficiently detailed jurisdictional overviews, which will permit convenient comparisons where a quick 'first look' at key issues would be helpful to general counsel and their clients.
