We are pleased to announce that the circle of Raidla Lejins & Norcous partners has broadened – as of 2011 we welcome our new partner – Mr. Arne Ots. Arne joined Raidla Lejins & Norcous in 1999 and during his years with the firm, he has represented and advised clients in a significant number of large and complex public procurement disputes.

In 2010 alone, the team led by Arne handled disputes in the construction and IT sectors whose value exceeded 160 million Euros. And while public procurement is his main specialization, Arne also advises clients in insolvency proceedings, international arbitration disputes in Estonia and abroad, as well as labour law and white collar crime matters. Arne is one of the leading specialists in Estonia in the fields of public procurement, insolvency and civil and administrative court procedure.
