Conducting Arbitration Proceedings – Art of Science?

On 11 March 2011 an arbitration seminar is held in Riga where Raidla Lejins & Norcous is also one of the co-organizers of the event. The topic of the seminar is “Conducting Arbitration Proceedings – Art of Science?” and it analyzes various aspects, angles and perspectives of arbitration disputes.

The seminar is held in Riga Graduate School of Law and is organised in collaboration with ICC and CIArb. Amongst others Henrik Fieber and Gisela Knuts will speak on behalf of Roschier – our partnering law firm in RR Alliance.

From Raidla Lejins & Norcous Tallinn office partner Arne Ots will give a presentation on the features and tendencies in conducting arbitration proceedings in Estonia. Arne Ots has been involved in ICC arbitration as well as Arbitration Institute of Estonian Chamber of Commerce.
