Triin Frosch and Monika Koolmeister rejoined Raidla Lejins & Norcous
Raidla Lejins & Norcous is glad to welcome our colleagues Triin Frosch and Monika Koolmeister who have rejoined the firms´ Transactions and Corporate Advisory practice group.
Triin Frosch worked for Raidla & Partners (current name Raidla Lejins & Norcous) from 2001 to 2004 where from she continued her career as the legal counsel of AS Tallinna Vesi. From 2006 to 2007 she studied at Universiteit van Amsterdam and obtained an LL.M degree in EU Law. In 2007 Triin started as head of legal department in the national energy company AS Eesti Energia. After her 2-year career in energy sector she decided to return to Raidla Lejins & Norcous and continue as an attorney. Her main areas of specialization are General Commercial and Contract, Competition, Energy and EU Law.
Monika Koolmeister joined Raidla & Partners 2003 and is specializing in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Competition and EU Law. In September 2008 Monika started her LL.M studies in London School of Economics and Political Science specializing in Securities Market Law and Commercial Law. Having obtained the degree, Monika has rejoined Raidla Lejins & Norcous and continues to practice in Banking & Finance and Securities Market Law.
