Roschier recruits highly regarded Swedish lawyer Magnus Wallander to strengthen its corporate advisory practice in Stockholm
The alliance partner of Raidla Lejins & Norcous in Finland & Sweden – Roschier - announced a further strengthening of its operations in Stockholm through the recruitment of Magnus Wallander as a new Partner. Wallander is a highly regarded and respected practitioner, whose practice over the years has covered a broad range of areas, including M&A with a particular focus on the energy and forest industries. He is also a former head of Mannheimer Swartling’s M&A department. Most recently before his move, Wallander was the head of Mannheimer Swartling’s Employment and Pension groups.
Wallander is also former Managing Partner of Mannheimer Swartling. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Swedish Bar Association. Broadening and strengthening the practice of Roschier’s Stockholm office through this new recruitment is part of Roschier´s growth plan in Sweden. Roschier has already established itself as a leading player on the Swedish market in several areas, including M&A, banking & finance and dispute resolution. The new recruitment strengthens, in particular, the firm’s corporate advisory practice focusing on high-end advice to Swedish and international corporates.
