Seminar June 9 -10: A Blueprint for Expansion of Technology Companies onto the International Market

From June 9 - 10 the International Technology Law Association and Enterprise Estonia are organizing a seminar which focuses on the needs and requirements of technology companies as they expand beyond the boundaries of Estonia.

This two-day program, taught by a panel of recognized international experts, will feature presentations on selected legal topics of which technology companies, and their legal advisors, need to be aware as those companies expand their reach onto global markets.

The program will feature two tracks, each track being taught by the same panel of recognized experts. One track is designed for managers, technologists and those who support global expansion. The second track is designed for lawyers and judges so that they might understand and appreciate the many challenges which lie ahead as their clients expand, and as international issues are brought before domestic courts.

Raidla Lejins & Norcous lawyers Ants Nõmper and Mari Toomsoo will also be covering aspects for tehnology companies development abroad, specifically of the IP issues before launching abroad.
