Tanel Kalaus is a senior associate with more than 10 years experience in the fields of EU & Competition Law. Tanel obtained an LL.M degree in this field from the University of Cambridge and has also practiced in our partnering law firm Roschier in Finland. Over the years, he has participated as the lead legal advisor in competition law issues in a number of M&A transactions across the region. He also has represented clients in competition law related civil, administrative, misdemeanour and criminal procedures. Tanel is also widely experienced in state aid issues.
