Maria Beljajeva is a lawyer in Raidla Lejins & Norcous specialising mainly in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Maria has obtained BA and MA degrees in law from the University of Tartu and has also studied as an exchange student in the Università degli Studi di Genova, Italy. Maria is fluent in Estonian, Russian and English and has a good command of Italian. She has throughout the years been very active in various student organisations.
