Mari Must is the European Trade Mark & Desing Attorney in Raidla Lejins & Norcous. She is specialised mainly in intellectual property, trade marks and patent litigation. As a leading expert in the field, Mari has participated in the drafting of Trade Marks Act and has been involved in a number of patent litigation processes in Estonia.

She has spoken on various conferences on intellectual property aspects (registration, disputes, transactions, advertising) and is also a member of the Estonian Domain Disputes Committee.
