Kadri coordinates the marketing, communication and client relations sphere at the Raidla Lejins & Norcous Estonian office. Before joining the firm in 2008, Kadri worked as the Head of Marketing & Communication in a leading real estate group Arco Vara, where she coordinated the the marketing and communication activities across the Baltics as well as in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania.

Kadri has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specialising in marketing & public relations from the Estonian Business School (EBS).
