  • Advising Baltika AS, one of the largest fashion retailers, in the sale of Baltika Quarter to OÜ Kawe Invest
  • Advising the national energy company Eesti Energia Aktsiaselts in connection with the procurement and construction of the new greenfield 600MW oil shale fired power plant in Narva, Estonia. The project with the value of EUR 1 billion is the largest singel investment ever in Estonia
  • Advising the leading listed construction group Nordecon AS in a number of procurement projects related to road construction (Aruvalla-Kose road, Loo-Maardu road, Jõhvi-Kukruse road), construction of infrastructure and other public projects (water management system of Maardu city, Ahtme thermal power plant, seaplane hangars in Tallinn Seaplane Harbour, reconstruction of railway crossings etc)
  • Advising EAST CAPITAL REAL ESTATE AS in the purchase of a newly built and modern logistics property of 40,000 sqm in Tallinn. The transaction value is approximately EUR 24 million
  • Advising Technopolis Ülemiste in the construction of 24 000 sqm triple tower business and office building in the innovation city Technopolis Ülemiste
  • Advising Wärtsilä Finland Oy in a construction contract to supply two complete power plants with a total output of 250 MW for Elering AS, the Estonian transmission system operator with a total value of EUR 129 million
  • Advising the national energy company Eesti Energia Aktsiaselts in the procurement and construction of the new greenfield waste fired power plant in Iru, Estonia
  • Advising AS Vopak E.O.S., the largest independent oil products terminal operator in the Baltic States, in negotiations and dispute with the state to overturn a construction permit for the new Tallinna Vangla prison as well as in a major arbitration case
  • Advising the sale of two commercial buildings on Pärnu road to EfTEN Kinnisvarafond AS. The amount of the transaction was EUR 18,5 million and the total area of the buildings 19 000 sqm
  • Advising the national energy company Eesti Energia Aktsiaselts in the construction of Enefit-280 oil plant in Narva, Estonia
  • Advising the national energy company Eesti Energia Aktsiaselts in the construction of an oil shale fired power plant with a capacity of up to 900 MW as well as in the construction of a synthetic crude oil plant with daily production capacity of 38,000 barrels in Jordan
  • Advising Arealis, one of the leading developers of commercial property, in a number of construction, management and lease contracts related issues. Major projects of Arealis include 14-storey commercial building (Nordea building) in the centre of Tallinn, ECE Office Building, the headquarters of Estonian Railway, Tehnopolis I, II, III and Schnelli Ärimaja
  • Advising LINSTOW AS, a Norwegian company that owns a chain of hotels in the Baltics and in St Petersburg, in rebranding of the hotels and transfer of them to THE REZIDOR HOTEL GROUP for operation as "Radisson" hotels

  • Advising AS Solaris Keskus in connection to the development of a new entertainment and conference centre in the heart of Tallinn
