Arne Ots is one of the most widely recognised litigation and public procurement specialists in Estonia. Over the years he has advised both procurement vendors and bidders in procurement processes and related disputes. He has also organised a large number of seminars and trainings in the field for various companies in the energy, IT, construction and health care sectors. In addition to his profound experience in the procurement area, Arne has years of experience in advising clients in litigation in Estonian courts, bankruptcy proceedings, international arbitration cases in Estonia and abroad, in labour law matters as well as in white collar crime cases. He has spoken at a number of local and international conferences, forums and seminars on issues related to the above-mentioned fields.

• Advising Aktsiaselts E.R.S. in its claim against the Estonian Regulatory Authority to dispute railway infrastructure fees established by the authorities
• Advising the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication in a dispute with Aktsiaselts Abobase Systems in connection to their withdrawal from a contract to develop a common routing database for telephone and mobile numbers
• Advising Osaühing AIVA Baltic in proceedings against the Estonian Tax and Customs Board regarding taxation of goods stored during Estonia' s accession to the EU
• Advising the leading listed construction group Nordecon AS in a number of construction related disputes including execution of contract for services, insurance, public procurement disputes related to road construction (Aruvalla-Kose road, Loo-Maardu road, and Jõhvi-Kukruse road) et al
• Advising AS Vopak E.O.S. in a dispute concerning the construction of the Tallinn Prison in Maardu as well as in a dipute with aktsiaselts EESTI RAUDTEE in connection to railways infrastructure fees
• Advising SWECO Projekt AS in a number of disputes related to project works
• Advising the national energy company Eesti Energia Aktsiaselts in disputes related to the opening of the electricity market as well as in the execution of public procurements
• Advising a number of IT companies (aktsiaselts Regio, AKTSIASELTS HELMES, Nortal AS) in IT-related public procurement processes
• Advising a leading Estonian company involved in the transportation and sale of fertilisers in arbitration disputes in Tallinn and Stockholm
• Advising a major construction company in an Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry arbitration dispute
